    I see a small inflated black yoke in the "Inflate" picture; is that a PFD? I ask because the size of y'all's packs is so small, it looks like there's no room for a full size PFD plus the raft plus paddles. Or is there?

      I believe that's the seat of the 'raft - at least that's what mine look like =)

    That is actually both. The yoke was a seat or seat back. I was trying it out as a part of an inflatable PFD that day. Still working on a functional, light, compact PFD...
